Booth fees are non refundable and non transferable with the exception of a denied application.
Vendors are required to charge tax, per law. Links to the application will be provided on the vendor only access page for your convenience. Some municipalities may require additional permits for specific types of vendors (ie: vehicle within a building, food, etc). Road Trip Country Music Fest does NOT provide wifi, power, or any booth setup (tables, chairs, etc). The vendor is responsible for providing these and/or ordering them from the specified subcontractors if so desired.
Your booth dimensions purchased reflect a pre-approved fire marshal layout. You CANNOT over fill your booth beyond the purchased dimensions, which are will be indicated on the ground. The distribution of any event promotional material at Road Trip Country Music Fest is strictly prohibited. Although the event has security, vendors are responsible for their own personal goods. Neither Road Trip Country Music Fest, Pleasant Harbor, nor Maricopa Water District are held liable for any missing or stolen goods.
Road Trip Country Music Fest staff will always treat every vendor with the respect. We ask that you do the same in return. Failure to comply to the rules and regulations governing this event may result in your expulsion from the event without refund as well as exclusion from future events. Enforcement of these terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of Road Trip Country Music Fest. We reserve the right to interpret, modify, or add to the rules as necessary for the smooth, sound, safe, and efficient operation of the event.
